A.  Monthly Subscription users updating from version 1.2.0.10 or later – April 2019

  • Versions 1.2.0.10 or greater contain new serial number handling to allow for software purchase as well as monthly subscriptions.

We will supply any existing subscription customers a new serial number if required.  Existing customers can email us at support@digi-link.com and we’ll supply you a new serial number.

  • New / First time users can just ignore this note and install this software and run with serial number they have been given.

B.  Updating from version 1.2.0.3 or later:  

  • Simply uninstall previous software and reinstall this version as follows.
    1. Exit the application (Options > Exit, don’t just close the window)
    2. Uninstall current version of Easier365 using Control Panel Settings
    3. Download and Install New version of Easier365
    4. Restart Easier365

C.  Updating from 1.2.0.2 or earlier, after installation you must then follow remedial process as follows.

  • Check if you are running If already running 1.2.0.3 or later, simply uninstall previous software and reinstall this version as follows.
    1. Exit the application (Options > Exit, don’t just close the window)
    2. Uninstall current version of Easier365 using Control Panel Settings
    3. Download and Install New version of Easier365
    4. Restart Easier365
  •  Now run database update as follows:
    • Right-click logo, open Options and click on “Reset and Adopt”. 
    • Click OK.On next sync Easier365 will download any missing files that should be local.
    • Note:   You will see the entire schema of files being processed.
    • Only missing files will actually be downloaded so the process is rapid.


D.  Updating old versions 1.0.0.23 or earlier:   Release date was March 31st 2017.

You must first delete your local database before installing and not just perform a Master Reset. You will then need to re-sync your files.

Instructions for Resetting Database:

  1. Exit the application
  2. Uninstall current version of Easier365
  3. Download and Install New version of Easier365
  4. Exit the new version before adding any sites.
  5. Navigate to Windows Start Button > Digilink Limited > Advanced Settings
  6. Click on Database Reset
  7. Restart Easier365
