Reserve Reserve increases performance when running SharePoint via unreliable communications due to speed or latency, or when servicing a large number of users. Reserve is a SharePoint document cache. Only changes made on SharePoint or locally will be uploaded or downloaded. It is especially useful for removing bottlenecks from SharePoint operation during the day.
