View Sync Issues
If there are any networking issues, the View Sync Issues button will appear in the Toolbar. This appears only if any issues occur.

The taskbar icon will also change so as to inform you that there are unresolved issues present even if the interface window is closed.
As you can see from the image below, there are filters for the issues for every type of issue including ‘View All’

To get further details on any individual problem, simply select the line and a full explanation of the error or conflict will appear in the panel below. The resolution to Sync and Conflict issues are context sensitive.
Sync Issue Details
In the example above the site had gone offline. Resolution of the issue cause will allow the synchronisation problem to resolve and will therefore also remove the issue from the schedule automatically.
Getting help: Firstly, note there may be a scroll bar to the right of the Technical Error details. This may allow you to read more details of what is wrong. Even if you don't understand the message, it may be worth jotting it down so as to inform your IT support staff so they may assist you more easily. Additionally, there is a logging option built into Revelation. This will allow you to send full details to your support team. Alternatively contact Revelation Support.
