Local Versions

When a file on SharePoint is updated and synchronised with your computer, Revelation will update by overwriting the local copy. The version in the interface is always the latest version and in-sync with SharePoint. However, if you wish to refer to the overwritten copy of the document you can do so by simply clicking on Local Versions in the pull down against the file. That will now open this window.

Here you will see as many previous versions as you have elected to keep. You can change how many are retained via the setting in the Options window.
