Adding SharePoint Sites
To add a SharePoint site to Revelation just navigate to the SharePoint site in your browser and drag and drop the URL onto the Revelation window. Depending on the browser you are using you can just grab the favicon and drag that. The Favicon is that little image alongside the URL
Drop the URL anywhere in the panel saying ‘Drag a site here to begin’.

The following window will pop-up. If you are using Windows Authentication, there’s no extra authentication required. Just use default credentials and click OK. If you typically enter a username and password you can click Use Custom Credentials and enter them now.

You can drag and drop as many sites as you like, and whenever you like. Revelation will automatically manage them for you. The first time you synchronise after dragging a site into Revelation will fetch the site structure and insert it into the Revelation database. If you look at the image below you have just the top-level site name but no structure. Click ‘synchronise’ from the toolbar and you will see the synchronisation window.

When a site is added it automatically syncs both the document library tree structure and a complete schedule of the Lists that are available on that site. Either the document library URL or the Lists URL can be used to drag & drop the site address. Revelation will establish the root address using either route.
